1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "jya77" refers to the website accessible at jya77.io and all associated services, features, games, and tools made available therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jya77 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the jya77 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free-bet allocations, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole supported currency on the jya77 Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process through which jya77 confirms the eligibility of a Player.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all statutes, regulations, and legal requirements applicable to online gaming activity as they pertain to the Player's jurisdiction.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jya77 Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on jya77. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific or promotion-specific rule, the more specific document shall take precedence with respect to that specific game or promotion only.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the jya77 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a jya77 Account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and residential address.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from jya77 or any other gambling platform under an active exclusion agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or placing bets.
• You must hold only one Account on the jya77 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.

jya77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, birth certificate, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

jya77 may refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jya77 strongly recommends using a unique password that you do not use on any other website or service. You must notify jya77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

jya77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity performed through your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified jya77 of a security breach prior to the relevant transaction taking place.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jya77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and standard verification checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

jya77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, in furtherance of fraud, or in connection with any other prohibited activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jya77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. jya77 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account terms, though jya77 reserves the right to apply individual account limits where necessary for compliance or risk management purposes. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to the verified mobile wallet registered on your Account. You may not withdraw to a payment method different from the one used to deposit, except where jya77 explicitly approves an alternative arrangement in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jya77 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual settlement times depend on the relevant payment provider.

Verification Prior to Withdrawal. jya77 may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You acknowledge that delays in providing requested documentation may result in corresponding delays to withdrawal processing. jya77 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of delays caused by incomplete or pending verification.

• jya77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposits made with Bonus Funds active on your Account are subject to the applicable bonus wagering conditions.
• Withdrawals from winnings derived wholly from Bonus Funds remain subject to the relevant wagering requirement until it is met in full.
• jya77 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request of ৳10,000 or above.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jya77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. The availability, value, and terms of any given promotion are stated in the specific promotional communication at the time the promotion is active.

Unless a specific bonus communication states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jya77 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account age, verification status, or previous bonus history.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Where a minimum odds restriction applies, bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards satisfying the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• jya77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited but before the wagering requirement is met, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or provision of false information to claim a bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jya77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market prior to placing a wager. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet.

Sports Betting. Pre-match and in-play odds are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, the odds are locked for that wager. jya77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error resulted in demonstrably incorrect odds being displayed.

Casino Games. All casino game outcomes — whether slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, or live dealer formats — are determined by certified random number generation systems or by live dealer protocols operated by the relevant studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and others). jya77 does not interfere with game outcomes.

Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider. In the event of a dispute, jya77's decision regarding the settlement of a bet is final, subject to any applicable formal dispute resolution process.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are stated within each game or betting market.
• jya77 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a data feed delay or any other technical issue — may be voided by jya77.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account Balance promptly following settlement confirmation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jya77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of any event on which a bet is placed.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such errors must be reported to jya77 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial transaction of an illegal nature through the Platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your name.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, including permitting a minor to do so.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jya77 Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jya77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jya77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Game content, graphics, and RNG systems provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on jya77 under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of such content is prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. jya77 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly following any outage but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

jya77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or disruption of payment provider services. In no circumstance shall jya77's total liability to you in connection with any single incident exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time of the relevant incident.

13 Termination

jya77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jya77 determines in its reasonable judgement that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, have engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if the continuation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, jya77 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a final determination is made that a breach has occurred, any funds found to be the product of prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately held Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting jya77 support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jya77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, jya77 will provide reasonable notice of the change via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the jya77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. jya77 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates. Players who access the Platform from outside a supported jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
